Nice exploration of pattern in the use of the endmill. Shunning, in your piece, I like the subtlety of the dips, especially when contrasted to the border detail. Perhaps a second iteration could play with a gradient or pattern of depths. Joe, take a look at Charlie, Gustavo, and Nicole's pieces from last semester. They were exploring a similar wave formation defined by a criss-cross pattern, but started to play with the stepover, leaving some material in between passes, and thus forming peaks as the paths crossed at a 90 degree angle.
